Satys is a French industrial group with a strong international footprint, operating 50 sites across 12 countries. Specialized in aircraft painting, sealing and surface treatment (Coatings), the group brings together 2,500 employees serving the major players of the aerospace industry.

Satys Aerospace, the world leader in the painting of new and in‑service aircraft, continues to demonstrate steady growth. The division recorded €191 million in revenue in 2025, with projected revenues reaching €224 million in 2026 and €251 million in 2027.

In parallel, the creation of Satys Coatings marks a major step in the consolidation and expansion of the group’s surface treatment activities. This new entity aims for €33 million in revenue in 2025 and is expected to reach €40 million as early as 2026.

In 2025, Satys also painted nearly 700 aircraft, including helicopters, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner for aircraft manufacturers and airlines worldwide.

The group’s strategic capabilities are structured around three complementary pillars:
• Aircraft Sealing & Painting: painting of new aircraft, commercial repainting, business jets, complex masking operations and sealing.
• Parts & Sub‑assembly Protection: surface treatment and protection of metallic and composite sub‑assemblies.
• Satys Coatings: a dedicated entity integrating, from 2025 onward, all of Satys’ surface treatment activities.

Innovation lies at the heart of Satys’ strategy. The group continues to strengthen its industrial capacity with 50 paint hangars currently in operation, alongside a major expansion program planned through 2028 — including a significant investment in Châteauroux. These developments support the increasing production rates of aircraft manufacturers while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
